- The Young Werewolves: "21 years ago this month I went to Lollapalooza in Charlotte, NC. This was the one that Nirvana was supposed to headline. A couple dates before this show a brand new opening act was added, a trio (that when I first heard them thought, 'I wonder what part of england are they from?'). A single was just starting to bubble up on pre-Internet video channels. As soon as they hit the stage, kids went nuts rushing the security gates, front row, screaming, 'Sellout!' The lead singer lurches forward, 'That's Mr. Sellout to you, Mr. I-bought-a-ticket-to-Lollapalooza.' The band was Green Day."
