Green Day debut new song 1981 at Festival D’été de Québec

Here's some news that no-one expected: Green Day played a new song, 1981, at the Festival D’été de Québec last night. So far, there's only fan audio available:
The last time a new song was played for such a huge crowd was when Cigarettes & Valentines was premiered on the 21st Century Breakdown Tour, although as Billie Joe noted at the time, 'it ain't that brand new.'
Fans also got to hear The Grouch and Stuart and the Ave. Here's the full setlist:
