Billboard has updated their charts for this past week of radio airplay and music sales. For a seventh week total and a second consecutive, Green Day's "Bang Bang" remains at #1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Songs chart. The song is also coming in at #1 on the Rock Airplay chart for a second consecutive week.
Additionally, the song is charting at #3 on the Alternative Songs chart and #10 (up from #12) on the Hot Rock Songs chart.
As we reported earlier this week, Revolution Radio has made its debut on Billboard's charts and has landed the #1 spot on the Billboard 200, which is a ranking of best selling albums. The band's 12th studio album is also in the top spot on the Vinyl Albums, Digital Albums, Top Rock Albums, Alternative Albums, and Tastemaker Albums charts.
It's great to see the lead single and album having a large amount of success so far!
