Green Day's Twitter account has announced that the band will be guests on an upcoming episode of the Howard Stern Show.
The band will be guests on the radio personality's morning show this coming Wednesday, October 5th. The show runs from 7am - 11am EDT but it is unknown at this point when in the morning the band will be on. It is also unknown if the band will be there just for an interview or if they will play a set of songs as well.
If you're a subscriber to Sirius XM satellite radio, you can listen to the show live from 7am - 11am EDT on the channel Howard 100, which is channel 100.
Green Day was last on the Howard Stern show in 2000 when they played a small set of songs. Check out a video of that performance here. A few years before that in 1997, the band was on to promote their album Nimrod.
