[pic=Original Dookie artwork]091615_dookie.jpg[/pic]Does anyone still own a cassette tape player? If you do, you're in luck.
A limited number of special Dookie tapes will be released Oct. 17 for the third annual Cassette Store Day in North America.
The cassette will feature updated cover art by original artist Richie Bucher and will be released through California-based Burger Records, a record label that worked with Swmrs while the band was still under the name Emily's Army.
A complete list of stores participating in Cassette Store Day 2015 is available here.
This year, it appears participating shops and labels will be able to sell exclusive products online as part of Cassette Store Day, but it's unknown at this time what items will be available.
