Last year Billie Joe wrote eight songs for a new stage production titled "These Paper Bullets". The play follows a Beatles-esque band called "The Quartos", and their rise to fame. The show originally debuted for three shows in March and April of 2014 at the Yale Repertory Theatre in Connecticut. The show is now moving to Los Angeles and New York City later this fall. It'll open at the Geffen Playhouse Sept. 8th - Oct. 18th, followed by the Atlantic Theater in New York City.

You can listen to three of the eight songs written by Billie Joe. All of the songs are heavily inspired by The Beatles sound from the early 60's.
