[pic=Tré Cool with the Dollyrots]041014_tredrots.jpg[/pic]The Dollyrots, a punk band out of Los Angeles, have announced that they will be hosting a live StageIt show Wednesday, April 23rd and will be playing all Green Day covers.
The Dollyrots have a few relations to Green Day. The band has stated before that they are fans of and have been inspired by Green Day. Also, Tré Cool is a big fan of their music and has attended a few shows. Lastly, the band released their first album, Eat My Heart Out, via Lookout! Records.
Tickets are on sale now on StageIt's website and at the time of posting, there are less than 70 available. A ticket to watch the show online is "pay what you want" style with a minimum of $5.
The show, which will last for around 30 minutes, is Wednesday, April 23rd at 6pm EDT.
PS: I take the claim on giving them the idea to do Green Day.
