¡UNO!'s release was overshadowed by the band's iHeartRadio incident and the news of Billie Joe's trip to rehab, which put all band promotion on hold. Despite the issues, the album debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 chart, selling near 150,000 copies in the first week.
¡UNO! also made Rolling Stone's list of top 50 albums of 2012, landing at the number eight spot...not bad at all.
The album is home to the singles:
"Oh Love"
"Let Yourself Go"
"Kill the DJ"
All three of those were treated to a music video, with the addition of:
"Stay the Night"
"Nuclear Family"
"Troublemaker"
¡UNO! is by far my favorite album of the entire trilogy. I also think that the album contains the best opening set of songs (1-5) out of all of Green Day's albums. What do you think? Let us know in the comments.
