Last night, Green Day played a historic show in Serbia that, hands down, had the best setlist of Green Day's "99 Revolutions" tour. Aside from it being the first time the band had ever played in Serbia, they also played their Dookie album in its entirety.
This was the first time that Green Day has played any of their albums, other than American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown, from front to back. Here are a few quick stats for you, this was the first time "Having a Blast," "Pulling Teeth," and "Emenius Sleepus" have been played since 1994, the first time "Sassafras Roots" has been played since 1997, "Chump" hasn't been played since 2000, and "In The End" since 2001. On top of all this, Green Day still played their core trilogy setlist.
Here's a video of Green Day playing "Sassafras Roots." We'll continue to update this post throughout the day as more videos from the show are uploaded.
