Entering is simple. All you have to do is fill out this form. I'm going to assume that this contest is world wide since I see nothing stating otherwise. Unfortunately the contest is only open to fans in the United States.

Now, doesn't it seem weird that there is a contest to see Green Day on their upcoming tour supporting ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré! when there are no United States tour dates released yet? Hopefully this means Green Day will be releasing more tour dates in the coming days.
