Mike Dirnt teams up with shoe designer Macbeth to give to charity

Green Day's bassist Mike Dirnt is a "sole man." He is once again collaborating with shoe designer Macbeth on a new project:
All the donations from purchases will go to a new charity known as the "National Military Family Association's Operation Purple."

Macbeth has once again teamed up with Mike Dirnt of Green Day for a Studio Project collaboration. You may remember Mike decided to donate all the proceeds from his Fall 2010 Studio Project to Soles4soles to help those affacted by the earthquake that devastated Haiti.
