We [turl=http://www.greendayauthority.com/news/tags/adeline/]mentioned[/turl] a couple times last week about Adeline Records Charity Auctions that went to benefit relief in Haiti. They had a handfull of rare Green Day items alongside many other music related items.

They posted an article on Adeline Records.net mentioning that the auctions raised over $13,000 for Doctors without Borders and the American Red Cross.

PunkNews.org and Paper Plastic also teamed up to auction off some items to raise money for Haiti, and included there was a rare first pressing of 39/Smooth from Lookout Records!, which sold for $938.

All the money raised went to a great cause, and it's great to see that so many Green Day fans stepped up to the plate and were willing to bid on some pretty awesome things to help benefit this. Thanks to everyone who helped and pitched in.
