Warner and YouTube kiss and make up

Yay! YouTube has just confirmed on it's blog that they have reached a deal with Warner to allow music by their artists on YouTube.com
Last December Warner stepped away from YouTube and starting pulling off songs and making copyright claims on thousands of clips from artists on their label, including Green Day. This included Green Day's official YouTube page, youtube.com/greenday. The page used to have all of the bands music videos and all were taken offline in a single day. They also began muting fan-videos that included Green Day, which was very very annoying.
On the YouTube blog they mention they've made a multi-year ad-revenue sharing deal with Warner music group.
So in short, Green Day's music can now be back on YouTube. Woo.
On another note, I'd like to thank everyone who [turl=http://www.greendayauthority.com/donate.php]sent in donations[/turl] to help us out. We really appreciate it.
