Foxboro Hot Tubs on Last Call

Holy shit. I just finished watching The Foxboro Hot Tubs on Last Call with Carson Daly. What a freakin great performance. These guys definitely need to play more TV.
For those of you who need to catch up, here's all the details about the Foxboro Hot Tubs. You can still download the album "Stop Drop and Roll!!!" from Amazon.com
Here's the video, which comes from The Audio Perv.
Watching this had me very excited thinking back to a year ago when I got the chance to see them in Phoenix. Watching Billie Joe (err, I mean The Rev) try to crowd surf, never making it past the front because everyone wanted to play touchy feely -- Pabst Blue Ribbon flying everywhere -- the awesome outfits, ridiculous glasses, people on stage (though in Phoenix towards the end of the show there were more people on stage than in the crowd, and everyone up there went to dance, hug and kiss the band). Great times, great performance tonight. For some reason it feels really good as a Green Day fan to see this side of the band. FHT feels like the care-free alter ego to the biggest rock band in the world. They can manage both and make it look easy at the same time. Hell, this is the kind of awesomeness they do with their spare time!
