Presales, B-Sides Preview, New York, SNL
May. 12, 2009 / Comments
Presales for twenty different shows in the US and Canada will go on sale tomorrow at 3pm (local time for each venue) at the Idiot Club. Tickets go on sale to the general public May 15 and May 16, including those for the show at Madison Square Garden.
Green Day's Myspace announced today that it will be putting up samples of the b-side songs every day until Thursday this week. These are the b-sides that are available with the preorder of 21st Century Breakdown on iTunes. The sample today is Another State of Mind, originally performed by Social Distortion.
French magazine Rock One has the band on the cover, and an interview featured inside. I'm not sure where someone can pick this up in the US (aside from Ebay).
Green Day was on NRJ radio in France last night, you can see some pictures here (Thanks to Chemiical). They will be playing an exclusive show for NRJ Radio in Paris tonight. The band will then be coming back to the US for the [turl=http://www.greendayauthority.com/index.php?subaction=showfull&id=1241779519&archive=&start_from=&ucat=&]meet and greet[/turl] in New York this Friday. Then on Saturday, Green Day will be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live.
