A correction to my post yesterday: The 'Decades Rock Live' show will be airing this Friday on Vh1 Classic, not regular Vh1.
The poll was updated this past weekend with a new question, and the Meeting Green Day section was also updated with some new photos.
This week a punk band out of East Bay is our Band of the Week. 5 Days Dirty has been playing together for four years, writing their own music, and playing shows wherever they can. They are slowly building up their fanbase with each show they play. They are definitely worth a listen.
Lots of you have been asking why there is the "Code" thing now when you enter comments. We had to install that because spam bots were starting to get to it. That’s where some random programs around the internet submit stuff (like advertisements) over and over. So we had to put that on to make sure only real people are using them.
Remember Green Day before Cool joined? Great songs, but the bottom-end was seriously lacking. Once Cool entered the lineup, Green Day became a pop-punk force, eventually selling more than 50 million records worldwide.
