Hey everyone! I just wanted to leave my own personal message and thank you all for supporting this website over the past 5 years that it's been Green Day Authority. When I started the site, the goal I had in mind was to make a Green Day website that wouldn't fall over the years no matter how hard things have become. So it's amazing and quite a personal accomplishment for me to see how much the site has grown and the impact it has on the Green Day fans. I've reached the goal I set for myself, but the site really couldn't have done it without the wonderful team of webmasters, graphic designers, forum moderators, and so on. My thanks goes out to my team now, the webmasters and staff of the past who are no longer with us, and you guys. It's an odd feeling going to a Green Day show or event and having people coming up to you and recognizing you because of a website you've done for your favorite band. It's an awesome feeling having your favorite band tell you they appreciate the work you've done.
