New Green Day live album coming soon?

The band just posted on their twitter account that there is a possibility for a new live album soon.

We've been recording our live shows since the beginning of tour. Possible Live album coming. A ton of songs! We're in texas!

There hasn't been a live album released from the 21st Century Breakdown tour yet so this would be great if we got one. There was an EP released earlier this year titled "Last Night on Earth (Live in Tokyo)" that featured a couple songs recorded in Japan last year. Before that EP release, the last live album released was Bullet in a Bible.

We will keep you up to date if any more news comes out out this.

Andres' comments: Now, how exciting is that? After hearing from so many people who have talked about how great this tour has been, it'd be awesome to be able to share that with a lot more people. We still have our fingers crossed for a live DVD (though there has been no word about that), but I'd be happy with just a live album.
