Last month, The Coverups, featuring Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Jason White, surprised fans with a rare live performance at the 40th Street Block Party in Oakland, California. Their hour long set featured covers of Nirvana, The Rolling Stones, and David Bowie to name a few.
