On this day, 6 years ago, I launched the website known as The Green Day Authority. As we do every year we have an anniversary, I'd like to thank all you guys and my team for making this site the greatest Green Day fan site on the Internet. I'm looking forward to even more great years to come! Happy 6th Anniversary GDA!

All the banners appearing at the top of the site today were made by different people on the forum.

The 10 finalists in our Working Class Hero Contest have been posted up for you guys to listen and vote on. Voting will end at 11:59PM EST this Sunday, July 15th. GO VOTE!

We'd like to post a correction on some news we had up earlier. It has been confirmed that Green Day will not be doing any signings at the NYC Hard Rock Cafe. Sorry, when I posted the news I didn't know that it was unconfirmed at the time.
