PunkNews.org has posted this article saying that Green Day has taken away the rights to 1039 and Kerplunk from Lookout! Records. The reason: Lookout has seriously failed in keeping up their end of the deal in the contract Green Day gave them in order to keep the material. This article says "Green Day isn’t the first band to pull its catalog from Lookout! Avail, Screeching Weasel and Ann Beretta have also parted ways with the Berkeley, Calif. indie imprint in recent years, though no other band went public with allegations of royalty mismanagement."
