YouTuber Jared Dines has gained a lot of attention recently with his "If (insert band) Was Metal" series where the guitarist covers songs from a band's catalog but in the style of metal music, creating some interesting results.

This week, Jared released a new installment focused on Green Day's music. He rips through metal versions of most of the American Idiot album, but also threw in "Basket Case" and "Good Riddance."
