Notes:
- Jim: "Green Day came out and everyone got to their feet. They played Maria from International Superhits first and then went right into another song (maybe Longview). But Green Day's whole show was awesome. Billie Joe exercised his complete control of the crowd plenty of times. It was awesome how I could tell my friends what was going to happen before it did. Just proved how much I knew about Green Day. Mad props to the band for pulling fans up on stage and teaching them to play a cover song. Billie Joe still sang, though. Everyone thought they were done because Tre Cool trashed the drumset and left with Mike. Billie Joe was out of the spotlight by his amps and I could tell he was tuning the guitar, because they have just finished playing some old song. I was telling everyone there was one more song, but they wouldn't believe me. Billie Joe walked up to the mic and started playing Good Riddance with standing ovation."
- James: "They started off with Maria and went into Welcome to Paradise and Longview. Then played Hitchin' A Ride. They asked if everybody was ready and Billie finally stopped the song. Trio walked off stage and everybody was screaming. They came back and finished the song. They started Brain Stew and climbed the amps. He let Mike and Tre finish the song. Billie wet everybody with a water hose. Next song was Jaded. Billie asked everybody if there were some old school Green Day fans. He dedicated this one, 2,000 Light Years Away, to Adrienne. They did Knowledge and Billie was trying to find a drummer, everybody was playing bass/guitar, and he said that he needed a fucking drummer. He finally got a drummer and Tre showed him the ropes and drummer got it. Tre gave the drummer kid signed drumsticks, guitar player got a guitar, bass kid got nothing, but he left the stage by stagediving. Next song was Basket Case. Then was King for a Day and Shout. They played Blood, Sex And Booze! And Warning, Waiting, then Minority, When I Come Around. Final song was Good Riddance."
- Kate: "After a 20-minute wait and a guy in a bunny suit doing the YMCA, the curtains went up. Sirens went off and out came Green Day. They opened with Maria, complete with Billie Joe's signature 'leg thing', where he lifted one foot in the air while playing. As that song ended, they moved right into Longview. During the song, Billie led the crowd take over various lines. At the end of that song, Billie addressed the crowd, 'Hello, Philadelphia! How many of you fuckers are from Philidelphia? How many of you fuckers are from New Jersey?' Then he went into a stadium show-esque sing along. When he had finished showing off his ability to hold a note, they played Welcome To Paradise. After that song ended, they went right into Hitchin' A Ride. This, in my opinion, was the most eventful song of the night. The musical interlude came, and the fun began. It started out with Billie leading us in a series of 'hey-oooh' chants. Then, as expected, he faked an orgasm, and made the retarded teenyboppers behind me flip out. I tried not to laugh, but failed miserably. After the cheers died down, he screamed, "1, 2! 1, 2, 3, 4! Are you ready? I said, are you fucking ready!?' The crowd responded by repeating the chant, "1, 2! 1, 2, 3, 4," until Billie screamed, 'SHUT UP!' Then the went back and finished the song."
