Notes:
- skippynixx: "Nice! I swear when they played it [The Ballad Of Wilhelm Fink] here, I was the only one cheering. It was early on in the show. I remember it was boom and in to it and done. Can't recall anyone knowing what was being played."
- Ryan: "I was at the show in Vancouver last night. It was pretty damn good. They drew a pretty huge crowd considering there was minimal publicity for the show. It was also a really young crowd which surprised me, I had no idea Green Day were still cool with the kids. It made me feel old. I was totally stoked to hear The Ballad Of Wilhelm Fink but the crowd did a collective 'HUH?' and gave zero reaction which kind of killed it. Oh well. Other highlights... There was almost a riot when Billie asked if the crowd liked Limp Bizkit. There was a huge cheer, which immediately got drowned out by boo's. Billie laughed and said, 'That wasn't fair, it was a loaded question.' Funny stuff. Crowd went crazy for the fan band who were actually really good. The drummer (who couldn't have been more than 16 or 17) was kicking ass, not even missing a beat while Tre poured a beer down his throat. Crowd loved it. Crowd also went bat-shit when the trumpet bee-guy played O Canada in front of the drum bonfire. What else... Pasalacqua and 2000 Light Years were fan requests, which Billie said had to be pre-1994. They teased Paper Lanterns and 409 but didn't play them (if you ask me, their 'crowd requests' were predetermined). For whatever reason, Minority and Hitchin' A Ride got two of the best reactions of the night. Crowd seemed to be WAY more into the new stuff, even staples like Longview and When I Come Around didn't get the cheers those ones did. Me and my friends were singing along like idiots to Longview and all these kids are looking at us like were mutants. They're the classics, dammit! Anyways, strong set, even though it seemed a bit forced at times (they're still pulling out the same stage banter - everybody say hey-ho - that they were using in '95 the first time I saw them). That and it didn't really seem to miss a beat from the reviews I've read from the current tour. No surprises really at all."
