"Green Day first performed Waiting from their album Warning. Howard asked Billie what that song was about, but he just said it was about wearing bikinis and hanging out. The boys then performed Platypus from their previous album Nimrod. When the song was done Tre, the drummer, rolled over his drum set, wandered around the studio aimlessly and then the whole band just left the studio."
