[img=041512_snl.jpg]Last night on Saturday Night Live, the show's opening skit featured a parody about the 2012 GOP campaign. In it, the GOP candidates (played by actors, obviously) made remarks about their campaigns, which are likely over, except for Mitt Romney's Republican run.
The actors sang a parodied version of "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)," each looking back on their campaign seasons. The last line in the song's chorus was changed to "This campaign was the time of my life." The skit included Jason Sudeikis' Mitt Romney, Andy Samberg's Rick Santorum, Bill Hader's Rick Perry, Kenan Thompson's Herman Cain, Kristin Wiig's Michelle Bachman, and Bobby Moynihan's Newt Gingrich.
