The Extra Downloads page has been updated with Green Day's live cover of "Teenage Lobotomy" and "Blitzkrieg Bop". VH1 is having a special segment called "Pay to Play", where visitors can pay $25 to get a certain video played on VH1, all the money raised goes to Hurricane Victims. Green Day has 5 videos that you can choose from, along with dozens of other videos by various artists. MTV2 will be showing a live video of "St. Jimmy" next Tuesday all day. GDA has setup an affliation with emusic.com. You can sign up for a 14 day free trial and download 50 mp3's of Green Day or any other artist they have totally free and totally legal. If after 14 days you don't like it, you can cancel it and not pay anything at all. Just by signing up for the trial you can help GDA.

| As you probably know by now (with the countless updates) the J.O.S. video is premiering in the UK today. There is no set date for a US premier just yet. If anyone out there in the UK is planning on capturing the video and posting it online, email me so we can upload it and share it with other Green Day fans. The only way we can put it up for everyone is if someone gets a hold of us and shares the video. If you're intrested in talking about the video, post comments here. UPDATE: The video will come out at 11:25 tonight in the UK instead of 10:30. Here is an article with Billie talking about Green Day not forgetting where they came from. Above the news, on the right, you'll see "GDA News Summary". From now you can click that link so you can see all of GDA's recent headlines. | For those of you that didn't catch the live concert last night on AOL Music, don't worry you can watch the entire concert online here. We have updated the Meeting Green Day section with another page of lucky fans that have got the chance to meet the band. There's a new poll up for you guys. For those of you interested in searching through GDA, use the search link on the bottom left under the "Site" tab. I know many of you are always looking for new Green Day pictures and videos. The GDA forum has sections dedicated for fans sharing videos, photo's, and audio. You'll have to register to see the media forums, but there are over a hundred videos floating around the video forum that other users have posted, so it's worth it. Plus it's 100% free. We encourage you to join up and search through the media forums. Lastly don't forget to help us spread the word about GDA through MySpace or placing a banner on your site, forum, or blog.

| Thank you all so much for being so patient. The Concert Reviews are finally up and running. Keith has set them up similarly to the fan art. I have updated many of the reviews, but some of the more recient reviews will need to be sent again. All you do is submit them, and attach up to 5 photos. Make sure to chose the correct date of the show. If we need another review, the review will go up, so dont submit a review for a show we already have enough reviews. Again, thanks for everyone who has already sent in reviews.

Those of you in the UK can watch the new music video for JOS this coming Friday, October 14th on Channel 4 at 10:30 PM. If anyone in the UK can capture the video to their computer, please send me an email so we can work on putting it up for download on GDA for the rest of our visitors.Don't forget tomorrow you can watch Green Day play live from Los Angeles on AOL Music. As previously announced, Green Day will be playing their 'special' concert this coming Tuesday in Los Angeles. This show will be broadcasted on AOL Music Live! Tickets will be on sale tomorrow (friday) at Ticketmaster. The show streams live on Tuesday at 8pm PST/11pm EST. Bullet in a Bible will play in select theaters around the USA for one day only, Nov 1st. Go to Big Screen Concerts for more info. If you aren't lucky to catch the DVD in theater, on November 12th MTV2 will show one hour of the "Bullet In A Bible" DVD, it starts at 1PM EST. (read more) The DVD will go on sale November 15th.
There is a fake website being passed around posing as Yahoo! News, saying that Green Day is "calling it quits." That site is fake, there is no truth behind the site. We have already contacted Yahoo! and asked them to take the site down. So again, the site is 100% fake, so don't go around spreading rumors.

Are you part of the Xbox live community? Well you're fucking lucky if you are. You can enter to play Halo 2 in the latest "Xbox Live Game with Fame" session against Green Day on October 6th at 8pm eastern / 5pm pacific. More Info. A new section to announce to GDA today. Some exciting news for you lucky bastards going to the show October 6th in Las Vegas; The Network will be opening up for Green Day.  For those of you that don't know who The Network is, go back to the rock you live under and die. Ok seriously, The Network is Billie, Tré ˇnd Mikes "secret" band which released a CD a couple years back, while pretending to hate everyone in Green Day. ( read more ) There is also word that The Network may also open for Green Day at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles and The Warfield in San Francisco.
There is a live mp3 for "Wake Me Up When September Ends" available for purchase on iTunes. All the money raised goes to hurricane victims.

 Alright you GDA nerds, here is an update on the Bullet in a Bible DVD. On the left is the cover art. You can also check out this article for some information about the DVD. "The DVD features over 100 minutes of exclusive performance, rare behind-the-scenes footage, including candid interviews with each band member discussing their career and life on the road, along with footage of fans demonstrating their deep commitment to the band. | It's been confirmed that the Paris show in November has been postponed. They are currently trying to re-schedule the show for April. If you have tickets already, save them.
