Almost a week after GDA brought you the American Idiot Video to download, GreenDay.com brings you the official uncensored video on the site. Hey guys! I know I've been MIA for awhile, but my guys here are doing a great job keeping up with the Green Day news. Be assured, I am working on GDA in the background. If you haven't noticed, we're going to be getting a new layout shortly, so that's where all my attention is going. Well, ok, that and going back to college. Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm still alive, and the new layout is coming. As a matter of fact, here is a little preview. I'm also interested to know if anyone is out there who is knowledgeable about HTML and uses the web browser Modzilla. If so, please e-mail me if you're interested in helping me out on a few things. Yes, today is a great day to be a fan of Green Day. We have the snippets of the new single, which sound awesome by the way. I almost cried when I heard them. Yeah, I'm a dork. Anyway, this from MTV.com:

"The North American tour is set to begin October 29 in Ft. Worth, Texas, according to a Warner Bros. Records spokesperson. Although an itinerary is still being mapped out, the trek is expected to visit venues in and around Houston and San Antonio, Texas; Oklahoma City; Nashville; Washington, D.C.; Worcester, Massachusetts; Philadelphia; New York; Toronto; and Montreal. Tickets will go on sale in mid-September."

GD.net just put out a post saying that Green Day is going to play tomorrow in Los Angeles. The news just came out today, it is going to be a "Special Dress Rehearsal for the Japanese Tour". Tickets are on sale today, but not online, you have to go to a TicketMaster walk-in place to get them. Green Day will be playing material off of the new CD!!
I can't go DAMMIT! I have to work and it would cost me $392 to fly over there tomorrow! But someone i know is going and is going to give GDA a review! So we can look forward to that.
For those of you intrested, Kerplunk was just added to the iTunes Downloadable Library. So if any of you are intrested in being legal (and supporting Green Day) then drop by iTunes and you can download the entire CD there. FYI, "I Fought the Law" is still Green Day's most downloaded song.
